Led by Pastor Israel Ruiz, Puentes de Liderazgo builds intentional relationships with seminary students and emerging leaders as they discern their calling.

 

Through mentoring, guidance, and exposure to ministry opportunities, this ministry connects leaders with churches and presbyteries where they can faithfully serve, reflecting the pattern of Acts 13:2–3.

 

By strengthening the pathway from calling to placement, this ministry ensures that gifted leaders are equipped, connected, and positioned for long-term gospel impact.
