Cohorts

Philippians 1:27
"Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel."
The spiritual health and vitality of a leader is the most important factor in the fruitfulness of a local congregation. Yet Hispanic ministry leaders often feel isolated, misunderstood, and without safe spaces to discuss their unique challenges.

Through our Cohorts, we create relational spaces where leaders grow together in wisdom, skill, and godliness. Coaching in these cohorts is not about quick answers or clever solutions—it’s about being a faithful presence, offering encouragement, and asking the right questions as leaders navigate the challenges of ministry.
